If you create unauthorized charges, your account will be banned from our game as this violates Roblox's Terms of Use. We need to uphold this policy, as we have no control over this. You should always get parental permission before authorizing a purchase at BlueStar Games.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any support such as reinstating accounts, or bans. You will need to file a Customer Support Ticket with Roblox Support and explain the issue to them. Roblox will require you to confirm numerous information to confirm you're the account holder and the one who made the unauthorized purchases.
