We provide users the option to purchase in-game goods using our in-game currency. The currency is non-refundable and non-transferable, however, players can trade/donate currency to their friends using the Trading Menu.
Most items and certain perks will require transactions through Robux which requires real-life currency to purchase. All purchases are finalized, and refunds will not be given out by us. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please email Roblox Customer Service to receive a partial or full refund on your purchase. We will not give out any Robux for free as per Roblox's Terms of Use or through giveaways. There is no way to receive Robux for free, and people who are offering free Robux, or upgrades are attempting to scam or steal your account.
